Product Buy-Flow
Imagining a Buy-Flow for Accessories
Project summary
Rogers Communications is the largest Canadian telecom and media company operating in the field of wireless communications, cable television and mass media. Rogers sells wireless devices and network plans online, however accessories such as phone cases, headphones or smart speakers could only be purchased in stores.
The project consisted of building a Buy-Flow to enable customers buy Accessories online. I was the Lead Designer on this project and designed the entire Buy-Flow.
The Buy-Flow for accessories includes product catalogues, product pages and checkout process. In addition, I incorporated in the new Buy-Flow the ability for customers to purchase multiple products in one order, which was not possible on the existing Buy-Flow.
